智通财经APP获悉，周三，数字基础设施服务商ITG Inc(ITG.US)登陆美股市场，开盘后股价走高，截至发稿，该股涨8%，报17.28美元。IPO价格为16美元。ITG主要为电信运营商、数据中心及公用事业客户提供数字基础设施建设服务，业务涵盖光纤宽带网络、5G无线通信网络、数据中心以及电力等基础设施的建设与维护。随着人工智能(AI)数据中心投资持续增长，公司有望受益于数字基础设施建设需求提升。
据了解，本次IPO募集资金将主要用于偿还债务、优化资本结构。ITG由橡树资本(Oaktree Capital Management)支持，市场人士认为，公司未来有望受益于美国AI数据中心、宽带网络升级及5G基础设施建设等长期投资趋势，但作为基础设施承包商，其盈利能力和成长性仍有待进一步观察。
