ChainCatcher 消息，据官方通报，荷兰公共检察署（OM）已向鹿特丹法院申请宣告加密交易平台 Knaken Cryptohandel B.V. 及其附属机构 Stichting Knaken Payments 破产。
OM 表示，荷兰金融市场管理局（AFM）此前警告称，该平台在未获相关牌照的情况下违规提供加密资产的兑换与托管服务。尽管该平台声称已停止运营并正在进行清算，但目前已全面停止向客户付款。OM 担忧其清算过程缺乏秩序并可能损害投资者利益，因此申请破产，旨在通过指定清算人来接管并保障债权人资金。
此外，基于 AFM 的举报，荷兰财政情报和调查局（FIOD）已对该平台涉嫌的刑事犯罪展开平行调查。执法部门已于 6 月 29 日执行了多次搜查，扣押了相关数字存储设备并冻结了该公司的部分资产，目前暂无人员被捕。
