　　近日，上海开庭公告显示，郑X，起诉了长安基金，缘由是劳动合同纠纷，7月14日浦东开庭。

　　公开资料显示，郑X女士，管理学硕士。曾任中航信托股份有限公司资产管理部信托助理、同方全球人寿保险有限公司资产管理事业部交易员、华泰资产管理有限公司资产管理部交易员等职。曾任长安基金管理有限公司固定收益部债券研究员。

　　长安基金管理有限公司成立于2011年9月5日，注册资本为2.7亿元人民币 。公司总部位于上海，截至2026年3月，公司管理公募基金规模为112.02亿元，管理基金50只，旗下基金经理10人。其资产管理规模（全部）在212家公司中排名第138位。
