智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，7月2日，古茗(01364)出现仓位异动，转仓市值总计17.48亿港元，占比3.48%。该公司股东向高盛(亚洲)证券转入7793.73万股，从花旗银行转出8008.57万股。
古茗近期发布公告称，于2026年6月23日(交易时段结束后)，公司(作为担保人)及发行人与经办人高盛(亚洲)有限责任公司订立认购协议，据此，发行人有条件地同意向经办人或按其指示发行债券，经办人有条件地同意认购及支付，或促使认购及支付本金总额为19.6亿港元(相当于2.5亿美元)的债券，而公司已同意无条件及不可撤销地担保发行人根据债券及信托契据应付的所有款项的到期支付，惟须遵守认购协议所载的若干条件。债券的发行价将为债券本金总额的101%，债券每份面值为200万港元，超出部分以100万港元的整数倍数为单位。
