　　石药集团（01093）早盘涨近7%，截至发稿，股价上涨4.64%，现报7.90港元，成交额2.37亿港元。

　　石药集团宣布，与阿斯利康达成小核酸药物合作。石药集团将依据该协议收取3000万美元首付款，同时有权收取最高5.4亿美元的潜在研发里程碑款项、最高12.0亿美元的潜在销售里程碑款项，以及基于相关产品年度净销售额计算的个位数比例销售分成。

　　根据该协议的条款，石药集团与阿斯利康将针对两个靶点共同发现和开发具备治疗肾脏疾病多种适应症潜力的临床前候选药物（PCC）。针对每一个PCC项目，阿斯利康将有权选择取得全球范围内或中国以外地区（视适用情况而定）开发、生产及商业化的独家权益。石药集团将保留其中一个 PCC 在中国境内开发、生产和商业化的全部权益。
