智通财经APP讯，中远海发(02866)发布公告，2026年6月30日，公司完成实施本次A股股份回购方案。已实际回购公司A股股份4155.61万股，占截至2026年6月30日公司总股本的0.3149%，回购最高价格人民币3.04元/股，回购最低价格人民币2.43元/股，回购均价人民币2.64元/股，使用资金总额人民币11,146.97万元(不含交易费用)，其中使用银行专项回购贷款金额为人民币5333.91万元(不含交易费用)，使用自有资金金额为人民币5813.06万元(不含交易费用)。
经公司申请，公司将于2026年7月2日在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司注销实施本次A股股份回购方案回购的A股股份4155.61万股，并及时办理变更登记手续等相关事宜。
