该事件被视为一场持续数年的“治理层冲突尝试”，涉及矿池竞争、客户端分叉提案、UASF（用户激活软分叉）动员、节点共识操控争议，以及围绕社交媒体与开发者社区的大规模信息传播战等多重博弈。
