【东软睿新集团(09616.HK)：睿新云获睿新健康与王星辉增资800万元】智通财经APP讯，东软睿新集团(09616.HK)发布公告，于2025年11月24日，本公司全资附属公司睿新健康与王星辉先生及睿新云订立出资协议，睿新健康及王先生分别同意以现金方式向睿新云出资人民币500万元及人民币300万元。紧随出资完成后，睿新云的注册资本由人民币200万元增至人民币1000万元，而睿新云由睿新健康、王先生及温博士分别持有50%、34%及16%。
