路透7月1日 - 英国《金融时报》$(FT)$周三援引消息人士的话报导，美国政府正与多家人工智能$(AI)$公司进行深入磋商，以制定新模型发布的自愿性标准，最快可能在下周宣布相关消息。
由于担心先进人工智能可能被中俄等国军事情报机构滥用，美国已加强对新模型发布的监管，以识别潜在风险。
该报称，这些标准将为先进模型设定评估基准和时间安排，同时明确在美国和海外哪些主体可以获得这些模型的访问权限。
今年6月，美国总统特朗普签署了一项行政命令，要求各机构与领先的人工智能开发商合作，在先进模型发布前对其进行测试，并起草相关标准。
