ChainCatcher 消息，据 PR Newswire 报道，American Bitcoin（纳斯达克代码：ABTC）今日宣布，作为一家专注于构建美国比特币基础设施的“比特币积累平台”，公司计划对普通股实施 1 比 15 反向拆股，该调整将于 2026 年 7 月 2 日 17:00 正式生效。
公司预计，经反向拆股调整后的 A 类普通股将于 2026 年 7 月 6 日开盘时在纳斯达克资本市场恢复交易，交易代码仍为 ABTC。
在生效时点，每 15 股已发行及流通的 A 类普通股将自动合并为 1 股 A 类普通股；每 15 股 B 类普通股也将合并为 1 股 B 类普通股，并根据零碎股份规则进行调整。目前公司无 C 类普通股流通。
