南财智讯7月2日电，滨化股份发布股票交易异常波动公告，公司股票于2026年6月30日、7月1日、7月2日连续3个交易日内收盘价格涨幅偏离值累计超过20%，根据《上海证券交易所交易规则》的有关规定，属于股票交易异常波动情形。经公司自查并向第一大股东滨州和宜产业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）书面发函查证，截至公告披露日，公司及第一大股东均不存在应披露而未披露的重大信息，包括但不限于重大资产重组、股份发行、重大交易、业务重组、股份回购、股权激励、破产重整、重大业务合作、引进战略投资者等事项；公司所处行业市场环境及行业政策未发生重大调整，生产经营活动正常；未发现对公司股票交易价格可能产生重大影响的媒体报道、市场传闻或热点概念；公司董事、高级管理人员及第一大股东在本次异常波动期间未买卖公司股票。公司股票在上述三个交易日换手率分别为12.24%、17.66%、11.41%，换手率较高。
