6月30日，在2026工业互联网大会期间，中国移动联合中天钢铁发布全国首个“5G+AI+新型工业控制”工厂创新实践成果。5G-A应用稳定承载4000套生产设备，融合云化PLC（可编程逻辑控制器）部署，探索新型工业控制路线，推动数据、模型及AI的应用闭环，助力行业数智化转型升级。
中国移动联合中天钢铁、中国信通院等生态伙伴，共同打造“5G+AI+新型工业控制”工厂项目，实现“三个创新”突破：一是创新确定性专网方案，将核心生产业务时延稳定控制在10毫秒以内，夯实工业连接基础；二是创新实现PLC云化控制，可承载超4000套生产设备稳定运行，实现柔性生产、国产化替代；三是创新融合AI技术，依托全量生产数据搭建AI中台，落地48小时扭转预测、排线补偿优化及预测性维护等AI智能应用。该项目为全国钢铁和新材料企业的智能化转型升级提供了最佳实践。
