消息面上，6月30日，深铁集团发布公告称，根据有关文件，黄力平任深圳市地铁集团有限公司董事长，免去其深圳市地铁集团有限公司总经理职务。据悉，深铁集团是万科第一大股东。2025年10月，辛杰因个人原因辞去万科董事长职务后，黄力平接替辛杰出任万科董事长。
值得注意的是，作为深铁集团总经理和万科董事长，黄力平曾多次在公开场合代表大股东深铁集团表达对万科的支持。2025年11月的万科股东大会上，黄力平首次以万科董事长的身份公开亮相，并明确传递大股东对万科的支持，深铁将帮助万科有序化解风险，摆脱困境，推动万科重回健康发展轨道。
