万联证券发布研报称，当前社会服务板块估值已回落至历史底部，市场对“弱现实”的定价较为充分。连锁餐饮方面，行业出清加速、龙头份额集中的趋势明确，头部企业门店优化与以价换量的成果有望在下半年逐步兑现，建议关注同店数据率先企稳、供应链能力突出的连锁餐饮龙头。
东方证券则指出，对于拥有数千乃至数万家门店的连锁品牌而言，AI的价值不仅在于改善消费者体验，更重要的是提升总部管理半径、强化供应链协同及优化经营决策，推动加盟商经营能力改善、单店模型优化及净开店能力提升。未来行业竞争将逐步由品牌竞争、产品竞争延伸至AI驱动下的经营效率竞争，具备AI能力积累和供应链优势的企业有望持续提升长期竞争力。
