7月2日，英矽智能开盘后一度升逾6%，截至发稿，涨4.49%，报41.4港元，成交额1.15亿港元。
消息面上，7月2日，英硅智能宣布，已与武田制药达成全球战略合作协议，双方将依托 Pharma.AI 平台，在武田制药选定的多个治疗领域共同推进创新候选药物研发。根据协议，英硅智能将获得约6000万美元的项目启动费和近期里程碑付款；此外，还有资格获得基于临床前、临床、商业化及销售进展的里程碑付款，总金额最高可达约6亿美元；以及产品商业化后基于未来净销售额的分级特许权使用费。
值得一提的是，2026年以来，英硅智能已先后与施维雅(Servier)、复星医药子公司衡泰生物、齐鲁制药、康哲药业、元羿生物、礼来、SK生物制药等达成管线对外授权或药物研发合作，新增签约总金额近65亿美元。
