　　7月2日，消费电子出海龙头安克创新（00668.HK）正式登陆港交所主板，完成A+H两地上市，然而首日开盘即告破发。

　　资料显示，本次H股发行最终定价99.32港元，相较A股折价约26%。全球发售4663.28万股，香港公开发售占10%、国际发售占90%，募资净额约45.23亿港元。认购端呈现分化态势：香港公开发售获27.57倍超额认购，国际发售获10.24倍认购；一手中签率30%。

　　基石投资者阵容颇为豪华，施罗德、Aspex、景林、高瓴、瑞银资管新加坡、泰康人寿等11家机构合计认购约2.95亿美元，占全球发售股份的49.9%。基石股份设有6个月禁售期。

　　值得注意的是，2025年年中，安克创新因产品质量问题全球召回227万台充电宝，但售后拖延、赔付差异致消费者投诉 【下载黑猫投诉客户端】频发，召回事件致品牌形象受损同时直接冲击了公司当期费用与减值损失。

　　召回事件后，公司递交港股招股书，半年后材料失效，次日便迅速二次递表，并在新版招股书中披露召回带来的财务损失与整改方案。不过，企业仍深陷多重经营难题，营收高度依赖亚马逊，自有直营渠道拓展迟缓，全代工模式隐患与高库存压力尚未化解。
