7月3日，中国建材盘中涨超8%，截至目前，涨6.3%，报5.23港元，成交额2.23亿港元。
消息面上，据报道，由于制造成本上涨及市场供不应求，电子布大厂富乔工业近日向客户发出涨价通知，宣布旗下电子布产品价格上调15%至30%，新价格自2026年7月1日起执行。中邮证券认为，基于当前电子布供需紧张格局，预计涨价节奏会持续到年底，此轮涨价弹性有望超预期。
据悉，中国建材旗下控股中国巨石及中材科技，分别覆盖通用与高端两大电子布赛道，全面受益于本轮行业紧缺。花旗近期指出，尽管中国建材在电子布及新材料领域的业务敞口持续增加，但其股价尚未充分反映相关资产的估值重调。该行将中国建材纳入90天上行催化剂观察名单，重申“买入”评级，目标价维持在7.3港元。
