Perpetual (ASX:PPT) requested a trading halt on the ASX pending a disclosure related to a potential change of control transaction, according to a Wednesday filing with the bourse.
The company expects the halt to remain in place until the earlier of its market disclosure release or the start of regular trading on July 3.
