【首批4只REITs指数基金今日发售】公募REITs市场即将迎来“源头活水”。公告显示，首批4只REITs指数基金将于7月1日至7日正式发售，此举意味着公募REITs市场正式迈入指数化投资阶段。根据华夏基金、易方达基金、南方基金、中金基金4家机构披露的招募说明书及发售公告，首批4只REITs指数基金单只募集上限均为3亿元，基金业绩比较基准为“中证REITs全收益指数收益率×95%+活期存款基准利率×5%”，基金投资于标的指数成分券及备选成分券的比例均不低于基金资产净值的90%。
