消息面上，7月2日，保利置业集团发布公告，预计上半年亏损7亿至8亿元，去年同期盈利为2.08亿元，同比由盈转亏。此次预期亏损主要由于收入结转减少，房地产行业持续承压，导致毛利率下跌。
公告指出，今年上半年，公司完成合同销售金额为232亿元。尽管面临亏损，公司整体经营基本面保持稳健，净负债率和借贷成本持续改善，三道红线指标维持绿色，整体现金储备充裕。
