智通财经APP讯，中国新城镇(01278)发布公告，截至2026年6月30日，扣除风险项目的减值准备后，集团固定收益类项目投资组合总额约为人民币30.53亿元。剔除风险项目，其他项目按照合约取得税前年化保证投资收益约为人民币2.21亿元，对应的平均年化税前投资回报率约7.2%。
与2026年3月31日的投资组合相比，集团于第二季度内主要(i)新增投资项目湖州吴兴固定收益项目及盐城盐都固定收益项目;以及(ii)煺出无锡高新区产业园项目、无锡市新吴区运河文化科技产业园建设专案、溧阳经开区空气动力研究院专案及盐城经开区产业园一期固定收益项目，累计回收本金人民币11.0亿元，并已获得全部本金及相关保证投资收益。
