公开资料显示，海清智元聚焦紫外、红外、可见光等多波段感知能力，构建多光谱感算一体、轻量级端侧AI计算、多光谱AI大模型平台三大核心技术体系，持续提升复杂场景下的多维感知、实时计算与模型推理能力。据悉，海清智元共有两大生产基地，分别位于深圳和浙江省龙游经济开发区。该公司的SMT自动化贴片线最初于2022年中在深圳生产基地安装并投入使用，2025年4月迁至浙江生产基地，深圳基地主要承接SMT自动化贴片后的后续生产工序。
国证国际研报指出，海清智元按2025年收入计位列中国多光谱AI市场第一，截至最后实际可行日期拥有158项境内注册专利，其中101项为发明专利，并拥有46项软件著作权。硬件感知入口、光谱数据处理和行业模型的组合，有利于形成从数据采集到分析服务的完整交付能力。该行续指，2025年大模型服务客户由10家增至23家，收入占比由2024年的21.8%提升至53.1%，推动整体毛利率和经调整利润改善。
