央广网深圳7月3日消息（记者徐锦秀）深圳基本半导体股份有限公司（以下简称“基本半导体”）日前启动H股全球公开发售，预计7月8日正式在香港联交所主板挂牌。
本次全球发售2738.62万股H股，发售价区间为每股27.49港元至31.62港元，按上限计算募资总额约8.66亿港元。招股书显示，募资净额将主要用于晶圆及模块产能扩张、生产设备升级、碳化硅新品研发、全球分销网络拓展及补充营运资金。
基本半导体成立于2016年，专注碳化硅功率器件研发、制造与销售，产品覆盖车规级和工业级功率模块、分立器件及栅极驱动芯片。公司于2020年落地IDM模式，打通晶圆制造、模块封装、设计测试全流程自主量产能力。据弗若斯特沙利文统计，以2024年收入计，基本半导体在中国碳化硅功率模块市场排名第六，市场份额2.9%。
随着上市临近，早期投资方迎来股权价值兑现窗口。A股公司中国中车、广汽集团、闻泰科技、蓝海华腾等均出现在股东名单中。其中，深圳电控企业蓝海华腾于2022年出资1200万元参与基本半导体C2轮融资，IPO前持股占比0.3688%，双方在新能源电控与上游器件领域存在产业协同。
