智通财经APP讯，力高健康生活(02370)发布公告，有关(其中包括)中万国际有限公司(即力高地产控股有限公司(力高地产)的贷款人(贷款人))建议执行担保及收购被抵押股份中本公司的4800万股普通股(目标股份)，相当于本公司已发行股本的24%，代价为 4512万港元(该出售)。
于2026年7月3日(交易时段后)，本公司接获接管人的函件，告知该出售已于2026年7月2日完成，目标股份已转让，总估值为4512万港元，不包括所有印花税、代理费、交易费、法律费用、接管人费用及支出，以及就该出售及执行目标股份的担保而产生的任何其他第叁方费用及开支。因此，自2026年7月2日起，于贷款人及接管人完成该出售后，力高地产于本公司的权益已由75%减至 51%(而本公司余下51%已发行股份已由接管人收取及持有)。
