智通财经APP讯，思摩尔国际(06969)公布，于2026年7月3日，亿纬锂能(300014.SZ)已就其全资附属公司EVE Battery Investment Ltd.(EVE Battery)于获得董事会批准之日期起计一年内，通过大宗交易、集中竞价交易等方式将其于公司的股权减少最多不超过公司已发行股份总数3.5%(约2.17亿股股份)(新3.5%销售)一事，获得了董事会批准。具体实施受减持时间、减持价格等多方面影响，尚存在不确定性，敬请广大投资者注意投资风险。
截至2026年7月3日，EVE Battery为公司约18.74亿股股份的持有人，占公司已发行股份总数约30.25%。EVE Battery乃由亿纬亚洲有限公司直接拥有，而亿纬亚洲有限公司则由亿纬锂能全资拥有，公司非执行董事江敏女士为亿纬锂能的董事会董事、董事会秘书、副总裁及首席财务官。假设亿纬锂能完成上述的新3.5%销售，则此后其将不再为公司的控股股东。
