【惠誉评级上调浦发银行主体评级至BBB+】7月3日，惠誉评级将浦发银行的长期外币发行人主体评级自BBB上调至BBB+，生存力评级由bb-调至bb，展望稳定。惠誉评级方面表示：“本次上调浦发银行的长期发行人主体评级及政府支持评级主要是为了反映中央政府和上海市政府对浦发银行的支持意愿较我们之前评估的水平更强，这在浦发银行2025年债转股过程中得到了很好的体现，进一步加强了中央政府与该行之间的关联性。与此同时，浦发银行的规模和零售存款基础持续提升至接近评级更高同业的水平。”对于本次上调浦发银行生存力评级的驱动因素，惠誉评级解释称，是基于该行内在信用状况逐步改善，体现为风险偏好更趋温和以及表外业务减少。尽管银行业整体盈利承压，前述因素对其资产质量、资本水平以及融资与流动性形成支撑。
