路透7月3日 - 能源和数据中心开发公司Fermi（FRMI.O）的联合创始人兼最大股东托比·诺伊格鲍尔（Toby Neugebauer）周五表示，由于德克萨斯州商业法院的一名法官在预定听证会开始前不久主动回避，打乱了战略审查的时间表，因此他已暂停了旨在召集特别会议的代理权征集活动。
诺伊格鲍尔表示，迄今为止超过70%的投票支持召开特别股东大会，但司法程序的延误使得新董事无法及时就职，从而无法监督他所称的针对公司财务和租赁需求的“真正的双轨流程”。
