路透7月4日 - 据彭博社周六援引知情人士的话报导，SK海力士 000660.KS 正考虑将其在美国上市募集资金的约0.5%支付给参与该交易的银行。
报导称，这家韩国芯片制造商已表示可能发行不超过其流通股2.5%的股份，尽管最终发行规模尚未确定。
报导补充称，SK海力士还可能在基础承销费之外支付酌情奖金。
这家全球第二大内存芯片制造商将于7月6日启动美国存托凭证（ADR）的簿记建档流程，并于7月9日确定最终发行价，随后于次日在纳斯达克上市。
SK海力士拒绝了路透的置评请求。
