新浪科技讯 7月2日晚间消息，在小鹏MONA L03中国首秀发布会后，小鹏集团董事长、CEO何小鹏，小鹏集团车型产品高级总监杨光，小鹏MONA车主、代言人欧阳娜娜与媒体对话。

　　今年6月，联合国正式发布了一项全球自动驾驶技术法规——ADS GTR，而这部法规的核心制定者之一是中国。

　　何小鹏表示，中国的智能辅助驾驶，无论是企业做的效果，还是相关法律法规的制定，都走在全球前面。联合国的这部自动驾驶法规，覆盖L2到L5。其中L2是全面性的，这意味着今年12月，中国现在的L2智能辅助驾驶将能够在全球使用。这对于小鹏走入全球，是一个非常大的利好。

　　他提到，自己在今年全国两会时提了一个建议，期望在中国加速智能辅助驾驶，从L2跳过L3，直接到L4、L5。“实际上如果回到两年前，我都不太信L4跟L5在未来时间会真正落地。但最近两年，我们看到AI对于自动驾驶，甚至物理AI都有巨大的推动力。所以我非常坚信，在未来的3到5年里，大家不光可以看到L4的落地，甚至可以看到L5的落地，可以在所有的场景都能够安全、丝滑、有效率的通行。这个速度会超越我们所有人的想象力。”
