华尔街最具知名度的科技分析师之一Dan Ives正在离开他任职八年的Wedbush Securities，开启一项全新的创业计划。这一消息在业内引发广泛关注，不仅因为Ives个人作为“超级多头”的市场影响力，更因为他留下的两只合计管理规模超过18亿美元的AI主题ETF正面临核心人物缺失的局面。

　　Ives计划打造一家他称之为“现代商人银行”的机构，将研究、投行顾问、资本募集及投资业务整合在一起，围绕人工智能带来的变革为企业与投资者提供服务。他表示，这25年职业生涯积累的下一步，是“从球队中的球员变成球员兼老板”。

　　Wedbush方面则强调，以Ives名字命名的两只ETF——Dan IVES Wedbush AI Revolution ETF（IVES）和Dan IVES Wedbush AI Power & Infrastructure ETF（IVEP）将继续正常运作，不会因他的离开而中断。IVES成立于2025年6月，基于Ives提出的“AI 30”研究框架构建，截至最新数据净资产约11亿美元；IVEP则于今年4月推出，聚焦AI基础设施与能源领域。

　　然而，失去Ives的个人品牌效应和频繁的媒体曝光，对Wedbush而言是一次严峻考验。Wedbush能否在缺少这位标志性人物的情况下继续主导科技股叙事，仍有待观察。Ives则表示将继续以研究分析师的身份跟踪科技股，同时帮助搭建新业务。
