智通财经APP讯，REF HOLDINGS(01631)发布公告，于2026年7月3日，本公司已议决向根据本公司于2026年6月29日采纳的购股权计划项下两名参与者提出授予购股权的要约，以认购合共3072万股本公司股本中每股面值0.01港元的普通股，相当于本公告日期已发行股份总数10%。在已授出的购股权中，附带权利可认购1672万股股份的购股权已授予刘文德先生，而附带权利可认购1400万股股份的购股权则已授予赵鹤茹女士。授出购股权须经承授人接纳后，方可作实，且须经本公司股东于股东特别大会上批准。
