智通财经APP获悉，智驾概念股集体走强，截至发稿，速腾聚创(02498)涨8.73%，报24.16港元；地平线机器人-W(09660)涨7.6%，报4.39港元；禾赛-W(02525)涨7.56%，报139.4港元；黑芝麻智能(02533)涨5.13%，报11.27港元；小马智行-W(02026)涨4.95%，报57.3港元。

消息面上，据工信部官网消息，6月27日，工业和信息化部组织制定并归口的《智能网联汽车组合驾驶辅助系统安全要求》(GB 47955—2026)强制性国家标准由国家市场监督管理总局、国家标准化管理委员会批准发布，拟于2027年1月1日起正式实施。《智能网联汽车组合驾驶辅助系统安全要求》的发布和实施，为组合驾驶辅助系统明确统一的安全规范，对提升智能网联汽车安全水平、保障产业健康可持续发展具有重要意义。

中信建投指出，2026年是中国智能驾驶从“功能竞赛”转向“制度化商业落地”的关键分水岭，产业坐标已明显切换至三条主线并行。其中，L3从试点走向有限商业化，责任边界、准入机制和标准体系开始形成； L4/Robotaxi在中美共振下迈入规模化验证阶段，商业化判断标准从“能否跑起来”转向“能否低成本复制、能否跑通单车经济模型”。该行认为，基于智驾大行业拐点，产业链细分赛道robotaxi、智驾芯片、激光雷达均有望充分受益。
