ChainCatcher 消息，AI 芯片初创公司 Oxmiq 宣布完成 3500 万美元新一轮融资，由 Samsung Catalyst Fund 和 Fudomo 领投，台湾 MediaTek 及和硕创投（Pegatron Venture Capital）参投，公司累计融资总额达 6000 万美元。
Oxmiq 由前英特尔首席架构师 Raja Koduri 创立，总部位于加州坎贝尔。公司计划将 GPU、CPU 及张量引擎三大组件整合为单一 IP 模块进行授权，并开发包含 Chiplet 与内存的一体化计算架构，同时布局定制芯片市场，与博通（Broadcom）、Marvell 及联发科（MediaTek）展开竞争。Koduri 表示，Oxmiq 的目标是成为“下一个时代的 ARM”。本轮资金将用于完成首批 IP 研发并推向市场，同时扩充工程师团队。
