消息面上，启明医疗-B发布公告，于2026年7月1日，本公司、杭州高新及杭州盈智勤订立投资条款清单，据此，杭州高新及杭州盈智勤表示有意与其他潜在投资者透过潜在交易(包括潜在股份认购事项及潜在可转换债券认购事项)共同对本公司进行投资，总投资额最高达人民币5亿元。
根据投资条款清单，建议意向投资者应透过认购新股份对本公司进行投资。每股新股份认购价为紧接正式交易文件签署前最后20个连续交易日在联交所所报股份的收市价的平均价格的100%，但认购价不超过每股2.5港元。
根据投资条款清单，建议意向投资者应透过认购新可转换债券对本公司进行投资。新可转换债券转换价为紧接正式交易文件签署前最后20个连续交易日在联交所所报股份的收市价的平均价格的110%，但转换价不超过每股2.5港元。
