由橡树资本（Oaktree）支持的ITG周二表示，其美国首次公开募股（IPO）定价为每股16美元，低于目标区间，共筹集3.122亿美元。

　　这家数字基础设施公司此次共售出1950万股，最初的发行定价区间为每股19至22美元。

　　ITG在美国各地提供端到端的数字基础设施服务，支持宽带、无线、数据中心、公用事业及民用基础设施的规划、建设、运营和维护。

　　随着高速宽带已成为一项基本公共设施，且人工智能公司斥资数十亿美元建设其技术所需的数据中心，对该公司服务的需求随之增长。

　　2021年，投资公司橡树资本管理（OaktreeCapitalManagement）与ITG管理层合作，收购了该公司。

　　摩根士丹利、花旗集团、瑞银投资银行和斯蒂费尔是此次发行的联合簿记管理人。

　　该公司将于周三在纳斯达克交易所开始交易，股票代码为“ITG”。
