ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，纽约证交所上市公司 Securitize（SECZ）计划动用超 4 亿美元资金，通过收购互补型业务扩张其机构通证化平台，而非收购同业竞争对手。Securitize 此前与 Cantor 旗下 SPAC 合并上市，保留约 70% 信托资金，总募资逾 4 亿美元。
公司自 2017 年成立以来，已发行约 44 亿美元通证化资产，包括贝莱德（BlackRock）22 亿美元的美国国债货币基金 BUIDL 以及近 3 亿美元 Securitize 自家通证化股票，是当前规模最大的通证化资产发行方之一。CEO Carlos Domingo 称，看好股票和 ETF 上链机会，即便全球约 140 万亿美元股权市场仅有 2% 上链，也可形成约 3 万亿美元通证化市场。
