南财智讯7月8日电，中国生物制药（01177.HK）发布自愿公告，宣布其附属公司正大天晴药业集团股份有限公司进一步深化与葛兰素史克（GSK）于2026年5月达成的独家战略合作，获得GSK两款呼吸领域创新药——氟替美维吸入粉雾剂（商品名：全再乐®）和乌美溴铵维兰特罗吸入粉雾剂（商品名：欧乐欣®）在中国内地的商业化权益，包括进口、分销、医院准入及推广活动，相关销售收入全额确认为正大天晴营业收入。本次合作系双方继肝病领域后首次拓展至呼吸系统疾病，标志本集团呼吸管线从研发向商业化全面升级；背景上，我国慢阻肺患者超1.00亿人、哮喘患者近5000.00万人，2024年慢阻肺已纳入国家基本公共卫生服务慢性病管理项目，政策驱动用药可及性提升。该合作将直接增厚公司收入与利润规模，加速业绩增长，并与本集团现有覆盖TSLP、P2X3等前沿靶点的呼吸创新药管线高度协同，强化产品矩阵与品牌竞争力，巩固其国内呼吸领域龙头地位；展望未来，双方还将就本集团海外寻求合作的在研资产开展进一步探讨，持续夯实全球药企在华首选合作伙伴定位。
