智通财经APP讯，炙龙控股(08493)发布公告，于2026年7月6日，本公司间接全资附属公司唐坊餐饮(作为租户)与Goodpoint(作为业主)就租赁该等物业的租赁协议订立临时租约，自2026年7月16日起计为期两年，以供本集团开设新中式餐厅。
该等物业为香港九龙尖沙咀科学馆道14号新文华中心G82–83及85号铺，总楼面面积约为4269平方英尺。
本集团致力于多元发展餐饮企业组合。旺角酒家位于旺角其中一个黄金地段的街铺;荔枝角酒家位于一个高尚成熟中产住宅区的购物商场内，以及油麻地酒家位于繁华便利的商业区一栋商业大厦的顶楼，提供独具特色的美食体验。除了上述之外，新开设的中餐厅位于尖沙咀东，该区域办公大楼、酒店林立，并拥有着名的尖沙咀东海滨。这里聚集了许多白领和游客，餐饮需求旺盛且多元化。新餐厅将提供经典港式菜肴、点心、招牌菜以及套餐，旨在为家庭和游客打造轻松舒适的用餐氛围。由于该等物业的现有布局、设施及装修基本完好，因此就目前的状况而言毋需大规模翻新，仅需进行少量准备工作，即可于该地点投入营运，实现快速且符合成本效益的开幕。
