易捷航空已原则上接受卡斯尔莱克的第五轮现金收购要约，收购价每股6.9英镑。此前易捷航空已四次拒绝对方收购提议，本次新报价估值52亿英镑（折合69亿美元），高于此前每股6.5英镑的出价。

　　过去一个月双方就收购事宜分歧不断。这家低成本航司曾指责前几轮收购提议“投机性极强”，称卡斯尔莱克想低价收购公司；而这家投资机构则表示，易捷航空董事会不愿开展实质性谈判，因此直接向全体股东抛出收购方案。
