消息面上，据维生药业官微消息，近日，在北京罕见病药品保障先行区政策支持下，北京大学第三医院正式引进全球首款且唯一获批的甲状旁腺激素(PTH)替代疗法——帕罗培特立帕肽(palopegteriparatide)，用于治疗成人慢性甲状旁腺功能减退症(以下简称“甲旁减”)。此次落地标志着我国罕见病药品保障先行区覆盖版图再扩容，全球创新药在华可及性加速提升，甲旁减治疗正从传统“对症控症”迈向“生理替代”新阶段。
此次引进的帕罗培特立帕肽是基于TransCon(暂时连接)技术平台研发的甲状旁腺激素前药，半衰期可达60小时，也是目前全球首款且唯一获批用于成人慢性甲旁减的激素替代疗法。该药物通过每日一次皮下注射持续释放活性甲状旁腺激素，实现接近生理状态的激素替代治疗。据了解，帕罗培特立帕肽是维升药业的核心在研产品之一，公司拥有其在大中华区(包括中国内地、中国香港、中国澳门和中国台湾)的独家开发、生产和商业化权利。
