Liaoning Port Remains Below Hong Kong Minimum Public Float Requirement

Liaoning Port (HKG:2880, SHA:601880) said its H-share public float remained below Hong Kong's minimum public float requirement, with publicly held H-shares representing about 3.67% of the class and a market value of about HK$771 million.
The company is exploring options to restore compliance as soon as practicable, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has allowed Liaoning Port to maintain temporary transitional arrangements while it works toward meeting the minimum public float requirement.
