万豪集团(MAR)联合Hawkins打造的全美第四家“Series by Marriott”酒店正式开业

金吾财讯 | 万豪国际集团(MAR)与资产管理规模达30亿美元的垂直一体化房地产投资公司Hawkins Way Capital联合宣布，双方合作的最新成果——芝加哥近北区FOUND酒店正式开业。这标志着万豪旗下全新生活方式品牌“Series by Marriott”在全美迎来了第四家门店。此次开业基于双方于2025年9月达成的战略合作协议，旨在将Hawkins Way Capital旗下的FOUND酒店投资组合全面改造并挂牌为“Series by Marriott”品牌酒店。新开业的芝加哥FOUND酒店由第三方多资产管理公司FCL Management负责运营，在保留独立精品酒店独特个性的同时，融入了万豪的全球分销网络。改造后的酒店全面升级了客房与公共空间，引入了“Lost & FOUND”咖啡概念，并计划于今夏启用全新的24小时共享办公空间、会议室及健身房，以满足现代差旅人士对“办公与休闲融合”的需求。作为此次合作的另一大核心亮点，该酒店已正式加入万豪旅享家常客计划。此举成功将FOUND酒店前沿的设计感、高性价比的本土化体验，与万豪强大的全球忠诚度生态系统相连接，有助于吸引更多万豪高净值会员的入住。据悉，“Series by Marriott”品牌的扩张步伐仍在加速，双方未来还将在旧金山、圣迭戈、圣巴巴拉、迈阿密以及圣莫尼卡等美国核心城市和度假胜地陆续推出更多转化项目，进一步深化万豪在北美中高端生活方式酒店市场的版图。
