QPM Energy Says McGrathNicol Appointed as Voluntary Administrators

QPM Energy (ASX:QPM) said Mark Holland and Anthony Connelly of McGrathNicol were appointed as voluntary administrators of QPM Energy and its controlled entities, effective Tuesday, while Chris Hill and Ben Campbell of FTI Consulting were appointed as receivers and managers over the gas-producing operations and entities within the QPM group, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.

The shares of QPM will remain suspended from trading during the administration process.

A first statutory meeting of creditors will take place by July 17.
