智通财经APP获悉，H&H国际控股(01112)涨超10%，截至发稿，涨10.25%，报12.48港元，成交额1413.51万港元。
消息面上，H&H国际控股公布，截至2026年6月30日止6个月，按同类比较基准，集团总收入较去年同期取得双位数增幅，主要受所有业务分部(包括成人营养及护理用品、婴幼儿营养及护理用品以及宠物营养及护理用品)的增长所带动。期内，于婴幼儿营养及护理用品分部，婴幼儿配方奶粉收入增长50%以上，Biostime于中国内地超高端婴幼儿配方奶粉分部继续抢占市场份额，由去年的14.6%增长至20.0%。
得益于经调整可比EBITDA的大幅增长、债务结构优化及整体融资成本下降，预期集团于截至2026年6月30日止6个月的经调整可比纯利将较去年同期取得超过100%的增幅。就根据国际财务报告准则呈报的集团呈报纯利而言，由于去年同期基数低，预计其将实现超过700%的高速增长。
