7月4日，小米公司发文称武汉小米青年公寓正式开放入住。这也是继北京、南京之后，小米落地的第三座青年公寓，累计已建成12栋公寓、建筑面积21万m²、提供超4200套房源。

　　小米公司方面表示，（公寓）从设计初期便邀请员工参与共创，以工程师思维优化居住体验。小米青年公寓旨在提升员工的幸福感，为有才华、有梦想的年轻人，打造身心可栖的成长空间。愿每一位新同学，都能在这里顺利开启自己的生活新篇章。

　　武汉小米青年公寓是小米武汉科技园的配套项目，由万科旗下长租公寓品牌泊寓运营，共3栋楼，总建筑面积5万平方米。房源分为两个户型：主力户型为26平方米开间，共960套，另有约30套30平方米开间。

　　所有房间最多入住两人，配备独立卫浴。房间内空调、洗衣机、冰箱、热水器、智能门锁等家电家具，均为小米及生态链产品。
