ChainCatcher 消息，据红星新闻报道，一份从缅甸诈骗园区流出的调查报告显示，全球电信诈骗正在加速走向“AI 工业化+跨境加密支付”体系，诈骗网络通过加密货币完成资金流转，并使用基于大模型的自动化工具进行多语言话术生成、身份伪装与情感操控。
据调查分析，这些系统在功能层面大量调用 OpenAI的 ChatGPT 与谷歌的 Gemini 来支撑“规模化社交诈骗”，资金端则通过链上支付与跨境通道实现快速清洗与转移，形成“AI 获客+加密结算”的双层结构，使诈骗产业具备高度自动化与跨国扩散能力。此外，马斯克旗下的星链成为缅甸诈骗园区的头号网络服务商，美国 ISP 服务商承载了园区近五分之一的流量。
对于相关指控，OpenAI 回应称诈骗分子使用 ChatGPT 的行为与普通用户高度相似，识别难度较高，但已通过行为模式识别与风控系统每月封禁约 10 万个可疑账号。谷歌表示其 AI 模型已设置安全护栏，并强调致力于“负责任的 AI 开发”，以限制工具被用于欺诈等非法用途。
