美国轻食品牌Sweetgreen宣布推出全新限定款“Alice Waters蜜桃山羊奶酪沙拉”，于7月7日至8月10日期间在全美门店限时供应。这款沙拉是Sweetgreen 2026年夏季“You Wait for This”活动的一部分，旨在配合蜜桃风味最佳的季节窗口。

　　这款沙拉的食材包括有机芝麻菜与春季混合生菜、蜜桃、山羊奶酪、黄瓜、罗勒、薄荷和杏仁，搭配龙蒿柠檬油醋汁和蒜香帕玛森脆片。该沙拉由餐饮界知名人物Alice Waters参与开发，她自1971年起经营位于伯克利的Chez Panisse餐厅，长期倡导使用本地和当季食材。

　　Sweetgreen首席商务官Zipporah Allen表示，这款沙拉体现了当季食材、合作农场和简单烹饪的结合。Alice Waters称，完美的蜜桃具有“变革性”，无论面对总统还是学生，都是传递理念的一种方式。

　　此次合作也涉及公益捐赠。每售出一份该沙拉，Sweetgreen将向The Edible Schoolyard Project捐赠净购买价的1%，捐赠额在2.5万至5万美元之间。该项目通过菜园和厨房教室帮助学生建立与食物和自然的联系。

　　沙拉中的有机蜜桃由加州Frog Hollow Farm供应，该农场由Alice Waters介绍给Sweetgreen，双方已合作多年。
