Azul Approved for NYSE Listing, Plans Voluntary Delisting From NYSE American

Azul (AZUL) said Monday its American depositary shares were approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange, with trading set to begin Thursday under the ticker symbol "AZUL."
The airline said it will voluntarily delist its ADSs from NYSE American as part of the move, citing enhanced visibility and access to institutional investors.
Azul expects to file a Form 25 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to delist from NYSE American on or after July 16, it added.
