日本5月份薪资再次上涨，涨幅远超通胀，料进一步强化日本央行加息立场。

　　厚生劳动省周二公布的数据显示，5月份名义薪资同比增长3.2%，4月增幅经修正后为3.6%。这一数字低于经济学家预期，但标志着薪资增速连续第四个月达到至少3%，为1992年以来最长纪录。

　　当月基本薪资增长3%。一项不包括奖金和加班费、受抽样偏差影响较小的更稳定指标显示，全职员工的薪资增长2.4%。经通胀调整后，现金薪酬增长1.4%，为连续第五个月增长，是2021年以来的最长纪录。

　　尽管中东冲突扰乱了供应链并推高通胀，但雇主提高薪资的决心依然坚定。这将强化日本央行对良性薪资-价格循环依然完好的看法，使其得以进一步推进货币政策正常化。

　　市场目前预期日本央行在12月底前再次加息的概率约82%，而近期数据强化了提早行动的理由。日本央行下一次政策会议将在本月底举行。
