消息面上，近日，迅策发布公告，公司与格创东智(深圳)科技有限公司(格创东智)正式签署战略合作备忘录。格创东智依托TCL四十余年智能制造基础及持续工业AI研发创新，提供涵盖工业软件、智能装备及AI平台等全栈自主可控的工业智能产品及服务。本次合作标志着集团将数据Token化能力进一步拓展至工业智能制造领域。
双方将共同探索面向制造业的数据资产化及Token计费等商业模式创新，并联合发起工业制造领域“Token工厂联盟”生态。依托公司Token操作系统，双方将探索工业数据处理、智能体大模型调用频次、动态排产算法计算及能耗降碳成果等场景的Token计价的按需付费与结算模式。
